With only 3 manufacturers in the world it makes you wonder why there are so many different brands being sold here in the U.S. Out of the 3, one adds Sucrose (table sugar), Mannitol (man made filler), and another adds Maltose which comes from Corn Syrup. If you are using Agave Nectar from any source other than Volcanic Nectar I hope it isn't for health reasons.
