Allspice-Infused
Agave Nectar

Ingredients |

Directions |
Place Agave
Nectar in a double boiler with water
in bottom. Grind whole allspice to powder,
then add to Agave
Nectar. Bring water to a boil, and
bring honey to 185°F and keep at 185°F
for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let
stand for 10 minutes. Strain while still
warm. Place in sterilized jars and cap. |

Normally,
when I'm done with a regular marshmallow
batch, I'm crawling the walls from
the sugar buzz, but I'm not experiencing
any of that with your Agave Nectar.
