Agave Onions

Ingredients |

yellow
or white onions |

teaspoon salt |
1/2 |
teaspoon paprika |
2 |
Tablespoons butter
or margarine, melted |
1/4 |
cup tomato
juice |
3 |
Tablespoons Agave
Nectar |

Directions |
Cut
onions in half crosswise. Place in greased
large shallow casserole. Combine salt, paprika,
melted butter, tomato juice and Agave
Nectar. Pour over onions. Cover dish
and bake at 300°F for 1 hour or until
onions are tender. |
