Ingredients |
1/2 |
cup butter
or margarine |

package yellow
cake mix |
1/2 |
cup flaked
or shredded coconut |
2-1/2 |
cups sliced
pared apple |
1/2 |
cup Agave
Nectar |
1 |
teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 |
cup finely
chopped walnuts |
1 |
cup sour
cream |
3 |
egg
yolks |

Directions |
In
medium bowl, cut butter into dry cake mix
until crumbly. Mix in coconut. Pat mixture
lightly into ungreased 9x13x2-inch pan. Bake
at 350°F 10 minutes. Arrange apple slices
on warm crust. Combine Agave
Nectar with cinnamon, nuts, sour cream
and egg yolks. Drizzle over apples. Bake
25 to 30 minutes longer or until light brown.
Do not overbake. Best served warm topped
with whipped cream or ice cream. |
